We will do an order as small as 24 shirts per design but there will be some restrictions on size and number of colors. We recommend printing at least 50 for best pricing.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
WHAT IS THE TYPICAL TURNAROUND TIME ON MY ORDER?
Typical turnaround time is 7-12 business days plus shipping times. While standard turnaround time is just an estimate and not a guaranteed, we typically have no problem delivering your order within that time.
Need your order sooner or guaranteed?
Just ask and we can upgrade your order to a 5 or 3 day rush order to meet your deadline.
Keep in mind complex designs or orders with extra add-ons may increase turnaround time as well as larger quantities. Any delays on payment or artwork/mockup approval may delay your order.
WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Once you submit for a quote we'll begin working on high-res digital mockups for you to approve. You owe us nothing until you have seen and approved the mockup. At that point we will send you an invoice and you can pay right online to get the order started.
WHAT FILE FORMAT SHOULD I SEND FOR MY ARTWORK?
The preferred format that will give us the best quality print would be a vector file form. Generally a file format of an EPS, AI or PDF would be best. If you don’t have a vector file we would recommend a 300dpi or larger in either a PSD, TIF or JPG format.
If all of that sounds like a second language to you just send us what you have and we will take a look.
CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE OF THE GARMENT BEFORE PLACING A FULL PRODUCTION RUN?
Or course! You have two options here, printed or just the blank garment. Printed samples will be digitally printed and not a final representation of your final production run, but it will give you an idea of what your design looks like printed on the selected garment. Sample orders will add to the turnaround time of your order and the overall invoice.
CAN YOU MATCH OUR BRANDS PANTONE COLORS?
Yes! That's what we do! We can match any solid uncoated pantone color. Of course keep in mind it's tough to match exactly when printing on fabric since some fabrics can effect the color, but we'll get it as close as possible.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
Absolutely. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your shirts ships out.
HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We primarily ship with USPS or UPS depending on the best option for tunraround times.
IF I'M LOCAL CAN I COME PICK UP MY ORDER OR DO YOU PERSONALLY DELIVER ORDERS?
To answer both questions, yes! If you are local we would love for you to drop by! We also offer drop offs personally to most our local customers included for FREE with your order.
