When will my shirt arrive?

Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 5-10 business days depending on where you are located.
  

How do I track my order?

I will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order ships, and your tracking information will be included in the email. Sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up.

What’s your refund/exchange policy?

Do you ship internationally?

Sadly I do NOT currently ship internationally but it's something that I will be adding as the site grows and expand the inventory.     

What type of shirts do you print on?

There are various types of tee that are used for printing. I hand pick each tee specific to the design to ensure the best look for the design. All shirts are of the highest quality and typically will be either a 50/50 or tri-blend tee. Specific details are available on each product listing.  

Do you print your own shirts?

What type of inks for you use?

Every shirt is printed using only the best quality water base inks that are smooth to the touch and better for the environment.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

I sure do! However I do screen companies who are interested in carrying Humbly Made products. I want to make sure that Humbly Made is a good fit and have similar goals and ideals. If you are interested please contact me with some info on your shop.

Can you print just one shirt? 

The short answer, unfortunately no. The process of screen printing is designed for producing volume. The more pieces you print in the same print run, the cheaper per piece it will be. Most of the costs are associated with the setup and prep times, this is why the higher the volume the lower the cost becomes. 

What is the minimum order for the Custom Merch program? 

While one off's are not possible, I do keep my minimums very low at only 24 pieces per order.  Once that has been met, the skies the limit. Order anything from 24 to 10,000 + pieces.

How much will my order cost? 

There are multiple factors that makeup an orders total. Since each order is unique the best way to know is by contacting me for an accurate quote. Factors that impact the cost are the brand of shirt, how many colors in the design, how many print locations, specialty inks such as metallic, and the volume or the order.  Drop me an email and I can send you a full quote when you are ready. 

Best way to know what the print color will look like on the final product? 

The best way to avoid having color matching issues would be to provide a Pantone color(s) for your design. To do this you need to reference a Pantone book and provide the PMS number(s). If you don't know what colors you want don't worry. I will do my best to achieve the look in your design, but I can't guarantee a perfect color match without the PMS colors. Also please note every computer monitor is different and the colors on your screen will look different from mine and from printed materials.

Please note while bright vibrant colors are possible, my eco-friendly prints tend to have a vintage muted look. Just ask during the ordering process. 

Artwork requirements and custom options. 

If you already have your own artwork, great! Just remember the print will only be as good as the file you send me. Make sure to include a 300 dpi image or vector format file. Please indicate size in the file and/or your email. If you are not sure I can help guide you. 

Don't have artwork, no problem! Humbly Made Brand is built on the backbone of quality design. Each custom design is unique and will need to be quoted based on the application and complexity of the design. Shoot me an email to get started on a design.

What is the over under count on an order? 

Due to the nature of screen printing it is possible for a shirt or 2 to be missing from your order. Shirts can be damaged, misprinted, or shorted by a vendor during the ordering process. I can't guarantee a replacement of such items if this occurs since the production has been complete.

Of course I do my best to get you your full order. You will be fully refunded for any missing shirts. It's always encouraged to order a few extra tees just in case.
