WHAT ARE CAMPAIGNS?

Campaigns by Humbly Made is an easy risk-free way to raise donations for your business using quality shirts as a wearable keepsake in exchange for your fans support. Just send us your design and we take care of the rest!

We will set up your very own sales page for you to promote and provide you with mockups you can share with the world. Once your campaign is over we send you your cut of the profits and get to work by printing, packing, and shipping directly to your supporters. No hassle or cost on your end, just profits!

HOW DO I START A CAMPAIGN?

Starting your campaign is super easy! Simply contact us using this contact form or email us directly at: mitch@humblymade.com

A team member will work directly with you to build your very own campaign product page and provide a link to that page for you to promote to your customers. We will also provide you with mockups you can share on social media to help generate excitement for your campaign. 

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF SHIRTS I NEED TO SELL?

There is no minimum in order for your shirts to be printed and fulfilled. For​ your campaign​ to become profitable you must sell at least 15 shirts​.

Campaigns that don't meet the 15 shirt minimum will be printed and sent to your customers, but no payout will be received so we can cover the bare minimum production costs.   

Printing under 15 shirts is crazy expensive and it only helps us cover our production, shipping, and packaging costs.

However, once you hit 15 shirts you are as they say in the money! The more shirts you can sell the more profit you can make from your campaign.

HOW IS MY CAMPAIGN PROFIT CALCULATED?

That's easy! You will receive $8 per shirt once you hit the minimum sales goal of 15 shirts. So the more you sell the more cash you can make! 

For example: sell 50 shirts and earn $400 for your business.

WHAT SHIRTS CAN I PICK FOR MY CAMPAIGN?

For now we have limited our product offerings for campaigns in order to streamline the process. But the good news is every order is printed using one of the most popular brands of shirts available. The retail quality Bella + Canvas unisex tees. 

HOW LONG DO CAMPAIGNS RUN FOR?

That’s totally up to you. You can run it anywhere from 1 day to 30 days. However we highly recommend no more than 7 - 14 days for the best results.

HOW AND WHEN ARE MY PROFITS SENT?

Profits are distributed about 10 days after you end your campaign. Currently, you must have a PayPal account for us to send your funds to.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAXES ON THE PROFITS I MAKE FROM MY CAMPAIGN?

We recommend you contact a CPA for any tax related questions. However, in short yes if you collect more than $600 in one calendar year. 

We are not your tax man and encourage you to contact a good CPA if needed, but we will require a completed W-9 form that we'll send you at end of your campaign if you pass the $600 payout. Once that is completed we can send your funds. Anything under $600 will not require any forms for payout.  

WHEN DO ORDERS GET PRINTED AND SHIPPED?

Once your campaign ends we will print and ship your orders in about 10-15 days. Most buyers will receive their orders within that time. Please account for any added shipping times.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, we are not offering international shipping for any campaign orders.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Since a campaign is directly tied to the success of orders being placed, we can only offer cancelations within 24 hours of your order being placed. If an order is placed on the final day of the campaign, you will not be able to cancel your order. If you need to cancel an order please email mitch@humblymade.com​​

CAN I ALTER MY ORDER AFTER MAKING A PURCHASE?

After an order is placed you will have until the campaign ends to make any changes to the order. This includes the quantity, size, or shipping address of the shirt you ordered. If you need to request a change to your order please email mitch@humblymade.com with your order number and the changes you want to make. ​

WHAT IS THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY FOR CAMPAIGN ORDERS?

Due to the nature of how campaigns are structured no refunds or returns can be made.

Campaign orders are printed, filled, and paid out to campaign owners on a made to order basis. 

If you aren't happy with your order due to production issues such as misprinted artwork you can send it back ​5 days from the date you received the order for a replacement shirt.​ 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders are shipped within 10 days of the campaign ending. You should expect to receive your shirt 10-15 days after the campaign ends.

WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
